What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login using Admin profile account without any problem
2.Login using non admin account I get the error 5103
I'm using Windows 8.1 with Office Plus 2013
I'm on a limited SFDC org.
Have tried several URL options following the various discussion on the eeror
5103 error.
As I do not have an issue with a system admin account I think it will be
related to the account.
