Kris, Hi Kris, What is the difference between the 2 pin-outs from Jan 8th? I'm studding this board to use instead of Teensy3.2 for my compass solution with Ultimate Sensor Fusion Solution board that I already ordered. This Butterfly board looks atractive as it is high performance and has 2 DAC which is perfect for me to output Sine/Cosine from the Yaw. Are the DACs functional already? I read somewhere that they are still under development... is there a footprint developed for Eagle?
Hi Jordan,
Not sure what pinouts you mean, but the Butterfly board is fully operational and I have received the first production batch. It is the same size as the Teensy 3.2 but in addition to the DACs, has a FPU so is much faster as well as requireing 1/5 or less the power to use.

Hi Chris, Do you know if someone made a component library for Eagle?
For which component?

The Butterfly design is open source, is this what you mean?

Thanks for the quick reply, but this is not what I had in mind. What I had in mind was a "device/package/symbol" design in Eagle or other CAD library format that could be placed in schematic and will come up with the proper footprint during the PCB design stage.
Download the EAGLE design package from the OSHPark shared space, you have everything you need there.

Thanks, got the board today! I was asking about if there is any difference in the 2 pin-out maps as I can see 3 maps posted from you. The first one on Jan 3' and then one posted on Jan 8, folowed by another one posted on January 8th. I can't see the difffernce, but I presume the last one is the most recent one we should use. Is that correct assumption?
The one on the tindie site should be the latest.

Thank you. What file is the code example that shows how to control DAC outputs?
Not sure there is one...

Just analogWrite() on A0 and A1 now, apparently.

Great, do I need to do some setup like pinMode (A0 ???) or something?
Hi Kris! can you share ladybug https://www.oshpark.com/ proyect?
It is in the OSH Park shared space already.
And of course, you can by them:
