Where can I buy just the EM7180 chip (hong kong) #23

buying the whole USFS from tindie and shipping to hong kong is too expensive so I am trying to replicate the pcb and build it myself but I can't find the EM7180 chip in any of the usual Hong Kong sites (AliExpress, Taobao, even mouser.hk)

can anyone help?

I only know of a distributor in the US, omnipro.
