BMP280 sensor in library #256

Hi Kris,

I got my whole rig working now, but I was wondering if you have a version of your library in .h and .cpp file that includes the BMP280 part so my code gets a bit more clean. I'm using your now and the code for the BMP280 is in the sketch seperately.

No, not for the BMP280.
