As a user i would like to see a side panel dedicated to site navigation in a dashboard style
Given a user is on any page of the application Then the user should see a sidebar navigation panel in column format to direct them around the page
SERVERSIDE takes the urls requested and directs them to the appropriate view set and sends a response back of what information to render
