Inpainting option is grayed out in the drop down list #49

Describe the bug The Inpainting plugin is grayed out

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install GIMP & GIMP-ML as given in readme section
  2. Go to Layers -> GIMP-ML -> View the list
  3. Inpainting, Matting & Interpolation is grayed out
