Can't specify output directory #36

Closed i-am-tom closed 6 years ago

Currently, it is assumed that output will be in output/, but this isn't the case for us. It would be nice to have an option to configure the output directory.

I'm really only putting this issue here because I'm going to write this PR sooner or later, so pay no attention :)
