Detect spago.yaml #80

New style spago projects use "spago.yaml" instead of "spago.dhall", so this makes it possible to use pscid with either kind of project setup.

I ended up making a couple more updates (and removed pulp support, which was very outdated by now). This ended up not needing your change anymore, but pscid v2.11.0 should work fine with the new spago. Please let me know if you run into any more issues.
