AppVeyor seems to run 64-bit Windows. Testing both platforms should be done in one run, as installation of R and Rtools usually takes substantially longer than the tests.

64-bit tests seems to be in place already: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/krlmlr/rappdirs/build/1.0.73 . Need to revisit this for #5.
