Current file name is "3.3.0alpha", code tries to download R from wrong path: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/krlmlr/r-appveyor/build/1.0.1039/job/2e9k79ah5w9a44xl#L22

I don't think this is relevant anymore, now we have R 3.3.1 (r-oldrel is still 3.2.5).
