add R & RStudio section #25

I've put it directly into 01-Introduction for now. This way I had least trouble with bookdown::serve() and updating of the preview. If you do not like it, feel free to move it to an extra file.

I've done it in the spirit if #20 which we should discuss in person next week.

For now, all of this content is being placed as section 1.2 in the book.
