[x] It is possible to enter the Ancient Deku Tree before getting sword, making it way too hard. A check should be added to either require sword or strongly recommend it.
[x] Boss Key chest/gate/door in Ancient Deku Tree opened/unlocked themselves early, sounds like sharing a switch flag bug
[x] The push-block in the first room of Ancient Deku Tree with the small key chest sometimes disappeared
[x] Baby Gohma falling directly on top of the player after going through crawlspace is unfair, bad placement
[x] The ramp at the start of Ancient Deku Tree is too steep to walk back up. This was an intended design choice but maybe it's just a terrible choice. Let the player leave if they want to.
[x] The burnable web blocking a treasure chest seems to be sharing a switch flag with something
[x] Add some heart refills before the Gohma fight
[x] There is no upper limit to the number of baby gohmas that can spawn during the Primeval Gohma fight. Especially on N64 she can spawn so many the framerate drops to unplayably low levels
[x] Gohma can be a little too unforgiving if the player gets cornered and can't get away, since her speed is so high, it's too hard to separate and gain some distance to recover. need a way to allow player to escape if they need to.
Ancient Deku Tree Grove
[x] Tael still speaks about Tatl after defeating the Ancient Deku Tree when walking over the trigger in the Deku Grove scene
Forest Meadow
[x] Multitexturing scaled weird on the grass in the Forest Meadow (N64 exclusive?)
[x] The tree in Forest Meadow sometimes crashes the game when rolling into it after defeating Gohma (N64 exclusive?)
Forest Maze
[x] The stalfos does not behave properly if the player decides to let it live. despawn it and stop miniboss music if the player gets far enough away
Demo Item Gauntlet
[x] The boulder blocking the door after obtaining bombs in the Demo Item Gauntlet needs to be associated with a permanent switch flag so it doesn't respawn
[x] The Demo Item Gauntlet bombchu puzzle is not obvious, add a visual indicator or some kind of hint to get the player to look up and notice the boulder on the wall
Skyloft Ruins dungeon
[x] It is not obvious at all that there is an obstruction to clear with the bomb arrows for the bridge, possibly add a C-Up hint if you are on the bridge in its 1st stuck/grinding stage to help the player notice they need to destroy the obstruction
[x] Boss key room has messed up display geometry in one corner
[x] Bubble in crate under stairs in fan jump room is not spawning
[x] The timing is a little too tight on the flame ring puzzle for bomb chest
[x] The wooden beams are too difficult to jump across in the redead room
[x] Disable ledge grab in the fan jump room platform
[x] Camera sometimes chooses to follow the wrong gate in the floor slide spike puzzle room

[x] There are some fences not properly aligned to the terrain, on the plateau thing, and jumping on top of them isn't working
