This is for tracking updates to #105 to make it fit in v0.7.

The fact that this code passes tests only means it doesn't break other stuff. I don't have any tests for the upload functions yet.

Argh, still getting exception. I suspect it's something with my CRITs instance.

OK, just verified my CRITs install has issues. This should be g2g at this point otherwise. Going to merge into dev and we'll catch anything else in later testing.
