If you log into your trak account there's two text entries. The first is apparently the username - but you can only read that if you're NOT focussing the entry. As there's a 50:50 chance this kind of field takes an email address or a username I can't guess which one is needed and have to focus the password field to see what I need.
I don't necessarily feel labels have to be there for all the fields - it could also be approached by saying "Sign in with your username" at the top, resolving the ambiguity.
