carryover plot #10

just a thought: could you plot the carry-over plot you shoed me once in place when carry-over is enabled? we could even do like a before/after if possible.

I like this idea. We could maybe plot two layers with ggplot: one with the final set without the carryover (in one color schema) and another layer with the proteins removed due to carryover (in a different color schema). I'll try this out.

One of the features of this plot is that it uses the rank of the peptide. This means that we need the name of the rank_column to include this feature.
