This doesn't have to be fancy, but let's pick some backend/frontend tooling to get started. This can be basically a single application like python or whatever, or we can get fancy with it and do something like nodejs and a go backend.
Either way, let's get it stubbed out so we can at least have a super simple application that we can launch.
