Feature Request - OpenCV Plant Recogniser (Test of System) #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Implement a basic plant detector from an externally sourced pretrained net to detect something via the raspberry pi camera.

Describe the solution you'd like Implementation of openCV via cpp. Plant being detected.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context Serves as proof of concept before implementing a custom made net.
