Test API credentials depending on the environment #552

Currently, we always test both production and test credentials regardless of whether the merchant has enabled test mode or not.

Only test productions credentials if test mode is disabled.
Only test test credential if test mode is enabled.
Changed the error message when a test result in an HTTP 401 error.
