Support both B2B & B2C on same store for KP #129

Currently (per #68 ) only either B2C or B2B are support for KP, but as merchants update from KPM to KP, plugin will need to support both B2C and B2B on the same store. In order to do so, we'll need to determine the best way for merchants and customers to distinguish if an order should be B2C or B2B, perhaps with some appropriate configuration options and/or checkout customizations? [tracked in Klarna: PPP-1410]

May I ask you when we can expect a solution for this? We have a lot of both customer types.
