Description

I have 2 tests that are failing. This is due to the test code not being fixed and will be resolved once v1.101200.0 is reflected. https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/op-geth/commit/5ee3df33ab92bf5e10cd8b756ea8511ef57b8b04

This upstream includes geth 1.11.6. Most of the changes are refactorings. I've summarized the commits below that I hope you'll take a look at.
