Wrong date and language in time picker #189

We have the system configured to use German language and week start on Monday.

Adding time entries in the project works fine but using the "add time entry" on https://......de/list/timecards/all shifts the day by one. I select Monday in the time picker and get Sunday in the entry.

As well the time picker does not reflect the German language setting.

Thanks for your feedback, regarding the time picker we will deprecate the custom library and go back to the default input type date element which handles localisation automatically for us. Regarding the second issue - can you maybe provide a screenshot of the issue so we can better understand the specifics.
