forwarding juce-patches upstream #5

i see that you are patching some of the JUCE-modules.

unfortunately in my setup, the juce-sources are fixed and cannot be patched (using Debian's libjuce).

So I wonder whether it would be possible to:

forward the patches to JUCE, so they are included upstream
use inheritance to extend the JUCE class with your own functionality (this mainly applies to juce_Slider)
