What should SSRepository>>wellKnownName be for an upgraded repository? #68

Issue 66 turns out to be an MNU for #wellKnownName for the unmigrated 
SSRepository instance, however, even when the SSRepository is upgraded we need 
to make sure that the property is set correctly ...

Presumably it is 'http://ss3.gemstone.com/'?

Looks like it's fine for the wellKnownName to be empty....

(Yes it is.

but as #ss3 exists in Gofer and Installer now, 
the optimal value will be 'ss3', after upgrade)

Not until I port those changes to GLASS .... so when it is available I will set 
the options explicitly
