duplicate member names

nothing prevents new users from duplicating an existing users name (yes they 
can be identical) as long as they choose a different login name...

In all of the user operations (guest, developer, admin) only the user name is 
used and there is no way to tell the difference between users with the same 
name ...

As an aside if you have logged yourself in as one of these users, you cannot 
tell which user id you used as there the login id is not listed in the edit 
user pane ... while one can't change the login id, one should be able to see it 
at a minimum ...

Anyway, it is worth considering some ideas for disambiguating user names ... 
perhaps listing the login id along with the name is all that is necessary (that 
this how the names are disambiguated in the Members list)...
