[BUG]: Weird Layout on Safari with Small Text

Probably a Safari bug (does not happen in Firefox 12.0)

1. In Safari 5.1.5 (7534.55.3), go to e.g. 
http://ss3.gemstone.com/ss/Versionner.html
2. Make text smaller via "Cmd +"

The Actions sidebar moves to the bottom right, waaaaaaay far away from the 
thing-being-acted-on.
