Preferences missing. #13

General and Audio Filters preferences tabs are missing.

Is this an issue with our version of the source? Does it exist in the zip file? If it is in the download app then it predates our take on of the source and can be reviewed in line with any future plans we may have for the code. Our primary purpose here was to prevent Damien from breaking the spirit of the GPL by preventing access to the source.
