Slider (shutter) does not get min/max adjusted when resolution changes externally #169

Let's say that you change the resolution using the webpage control. Now move the shutter slider on the main screen -> the minimum and maximum values of the slider are stuck at the previous resolution. This means that the the exposure slider can then set the value way too high or way too low.
