wsk CLI replaced by "bx wsk" #9

The link to get the wsk CLI no longer offers it. I think we need to go with "bx wsk".

I haven't really gotten through the whole code pattern to end-to-end test this. I'm trying to use github.com/IBM/serverless-language-translation as the sanity test. Otherwise, the install/uninstall and the one example at least look good now with "bx wsk".
