Error! Unknow Error on login #102

Device: Firestick Kodi: 20.2 (fresh install) Jio: Latest through TobAlan repo

Steps

  1. Installed Jio TV alone
  2. Open Jio TV add-on
  3. Chosen Genre - Lifestyle - TravelXP HD
  4. It prompted to login. Chose web method with username/email & password method
  5. Getting "Error! Unknow Error"

Tried to open Settings and redone Login from there. No luck either, even after clearing cache. Can't find anything in the log file too.

Unrelated or related Question: Noticed (new??) Jio number and Update number setting. Where is this used?

Edit: OTP login from Web based login works though

The number update setting is there since version 2.0.19 Number and Password can be used to login apart from Number-OTP, Email Address-Password, Web Login. I am experimenting to keep track by getting active session details too on FireTV Stick like Logged in date-time, Recent Active date-time, Session expiry date-time with a Auto-login (no manual intervention) as shown below: IMG_20230810_160248_040528

@technofreak24 Thanks for your reply. Does it mean that I have to always enter number? I don't remember entering number before as I always used email + password on web method

No. It is not necessary to enter the number. Email Address and Password can be used for both modes Web or Keyboard.
