Change EOL and encoding from status bar #593

Currently one has to double click on the status bar to bring up a dialog where
the encoding and the EOLs of the view can be changed. This is not intuitive
because there's no indication that a double click would actually do something.

So for the Ribbon view, use a ribbon status bar which allows to add buttons and
comboboxes (actually, any kind of ribbon control) to it. Then have the
comboboxes show the current EOL/encoding and the user can then change those
easily by selecting another entry from that combobox.

Actually, combo boxes look just plain ugly. I'm now trying with buttons and
submenus to select the other EOLs/encodings.
