Create the facts section of homepage

Acceptance Criteria (AC):

[x] Background is set to the primary color
[x] Has an h3 tag that says "Did you know?" that is to the right of the dog image, color is set to white, size 36pt, weight 600
[x] h4 tag that utilizing the dogs fact api to display random facts, color white, size 24pt, weight 500
[x] dog photo to the left of the text with space between the text and image
[x] Use BEM naming conventions
[x] Submit a pull request
