Create the cat animal cards for the cat page

Acceptance Criteria (AC):

• [x] Background is set to the color white
• [x] H3 with "dogs available" size 36pt, color text, weight 600 added when location is entered
• [x] reset location form
• [x] 3-4 cards per row
• [x] margins of 100px on page
• [x] Card have a primary colored border
• [x] fetch api information
• [x] images for the cards pulled from API
• [x] dog name (h5) at the top weight 500, size 18pt
• [x] Age group and gender at the bottom in p tags
• [x] Use BEM naming conventions
• [x] Submit a pull request
