Upgrade heroku database #90

I got a notice that the DB has 7,500 rows and when it hits 10,000 rows it will stop working. I can do the upgrade but I don't want to do it now while you're working on the site.

How urgent is this? Did you just finish a second mass import of yahoo so now we're set at 7,500? Or are you about to run another import which will take us over 10K?

I would say go for it. I'm currently just working on the UI. I just finished the 2nd Yahoo Group import, which is probably what tipped the scales. Be sure to take a backup first!
