Wonderful work on this mockup!! I was really impressed at how "to the point" the stylesheet was with no extra fluff. While I still recommend using comments, the markup and styles didn't have a lot of fluff so it was still easy to read through. Excellent work on correctly choosing to use an id when the style was only going to be applied once (i.e setting the background-color of the various sections of the page). I do recommend doing some more responsive testing and possibly adding in media queries because your page heading begins to break down as I resize the browser to be smaller.
