Create a version script #624

Action items for release:

  1. run changeset version
  2. Alter following package.json files and their lockfiles: 
    package.json
app/package.json
app/release/app/package.json
  3. Alter the daemon version

Post release (separate commit)

  1. Alter all the above versions to the next minor, with -snapshot suffix, uppercased for the daemon
