All block edit links (e.g. block config, views edit etc.) are unthemed and show up in blue with underline. The links should become (dark) grey and hover in (ht16) red

Fixed (commit 5d765551b4bc5a328290a3ab228ab98899f5ef2c)

Block edit links inherit link styles from content area. For consistency these settings must be overwritten.
