Although the theme is fluid there is no responsivitiy. Base theme zen-6.x-2.1 is not responsive out of the box, so there may some enhancements by adding media querys.

There is a responsive variant of zen 6.x-2.x on https://github.com/nstriedinger/zen-drupal-6-responsive. Try to make zenawenga a subtheme of this theme.
