Update performanceProfile API JSON with corresponding YAML

Description

This PR includes following changes:

• Add required new fields in performanceProfile for correspondence with YAML file
• Update /createPerformanceProfile and /listPerformanceProfile APIs to include new fields: apiVersion, kind and metadata
