This pr aims to solve #131 and currently adds:

[x] 1. Text box for experiment name input + validation checks
[x] 2. Aims to integrate the modified list experiment api
[x] 3. Aims to display the contents of api in a list / table / link button ( will try out all approaches and select one)
[x] 4. Add pagination support for the data
