Bug Fixes - Miscellaneous #201

This pr fixes the following bugs

  1. Remove quotes from yaml everywhere (gpu config as well)
  2. Add heading for box plots and line charts “historic cpu recommendations”
  3. Do not display any decimal for memory values (roundup) 99
  4. Create exp notification should stay , no timer
  5. Display cpu first mmr later
  6. Recc unit and variation in same unit . Fix the Gi
  7. Do not display decimal for x axis for memory
  8. Y axis for cpu not correct for values less than 001 are not showing correctly (repeat)
  9. line chart background fixing
  10. notif at cost/perf level have a white background.
