They crash under certain circumstances.

These are partially documented by the workaround codes we have in the COVID19 ICU script. https://gitlab.com/krumsieklab/choi_covid19/-/blob/master/ICU_v1.R (codes around definition of do_run)

That script should be used as a basis to catch those problems inside of MT.
