Extend equalizer plotting function for overlapping pathway annotations #141

For example for KEGG annotations, the same metabolite can be annotated with multiple pathways. Discussion: Jan: Would love to, but how? Overlapping and hierarchical annotations? Not even sure how that would look like. Elisa: I think one workaround would be to repeat the metabolites that appear in multiple pathways, so that if metabolite is annotated with pathways 1 and 2, in the equalizer plot it appears twice, once in the grouping of pathway 1 and once in the grouping of pathway 2.
