Connect paired samples. For this we should start some conceptual discussion about the support of MT for any type of paired samples.

To Do List:

[x] plot points + lines connecting samples for 2 time-point boxplots
[x] add optional group column (must be 2 or more)
[ ] verify all patients have exactly one of each time point / group
[x] mean + se / sd plots for three or more time points
[x] grouping (2 time-points) / coloring (3 time-points) based on group_col
