Ratio maker - complex version #90

Not clear if this can still be done with the current design. The existing ratio maker creates a new data matrix, which can get very large. The idea here was to have a structure that constructs ratios on the fly. Would need reimplementation of data frame somehow. On-the-fly ratio generation... does not fit current architecture of MT
