Transform dataset into PCs (without pathways) #96

Dataset into PC1, PC2 etc as new data; also integrate with sparse PCA aggregation. Must create new data structure in metadata to store loadings and explained variances.

I think we have no actual application for this right now. If someone really needs this for their project, it's fast to implement.
