Duplicate messages in the chat GUI #787

When the same SIP MESSAGE (with the same Call-ID and CSeq number) arrives more 
than once (due to retransmissions which are normal for SIP over UDP transport) 
duplicate messages are displayed in the chat GUI. We should display the same 
message only once instead.
