Does not permit to answer a call if the screen is blocked until is unblocked #948

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Block the screen
2.Make a SIP inblound call to the phone from another phone/line
3.Try to answer it without unblocking the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected is, as normal GSM calls, to be able to pick it up with the answer 
slide button, but there is no 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0,02-01 r841
Android 2.2.1

should be fixed in recent version due to the use to more recent android api to 
ask to bypass screen locker.
