Phone always awake when always available

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setting CSipSimple to be always available (3G and Wifi) on a Galaxy S2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In battery status logs, phone is always awake even if screen is off since many 
time

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nighlies on May 19th

Please provide any additional information below.

This bug is quite annoying as I can't leave application running and can only 
start it when I need to call. So I can t receive calls anymore, battery will 
last for 4h if if don't stop csip each time I start it

should be better with latest nightlies.

Actually keep in mind that always available option mean that you ask the app to 
try to keep alive a socket between you and the sip server. This mean to wake up 
the cpu at least each <<"keep alive" option in seconds >>. Besides keeping 
alive a connection of 3G network obviously cost battery.
