Many thanks for the report.
Just to be sure :
* you are using the last version from the market (not a version from a svn
build)?
* are you sure you are allowed to dial this number (in the version on the market
there is a known issue (that will be corrected in next build) : when you call an
unauthorized number, nothing happens.
Can you try with the "text dialer" (use the dial button at the left of the call
button) and say me if it solves things.
If it's possible to get log (using the application logcollector for example), it
could help me to know where is the bug.
Many thanks.
P.S. : it is a good news if you can receive calls and voice is OK, it means
that I
can add Motorola Droid to supported hardware (unless the bug come from the fact
it
has a physical keyboard and if I don't manage properly physical keyboards
devices,
but I don't think so).

Hi,
Here is my problem. I am registering my sip account. I can receive calls. But I
cannot make any calls.
My SIP number is with FreePhoneLine.ca
I am using the last version of the application , from Android Market, on a
Nexus One
phone.
When I try to make a call with the CSip Simple application, the application
tries to
contact the following address :
sip:1-XXX-XXX-XXXX@voip.freephoneline.ca
And the response from the server is that the number cannot be reached.
I am using the sip number for a while, and when i am using other applications
such as
LINPHONE, the address to contact is sip:1XXXXXXXXXX@voip.freephoneline.ca
instead of
sip:1-XXX-XXX-XXXX@voip.freephoneline.ca
Is it possible to make a change in the code to include this issue ?
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
Yes, I see exactly what's happen. It will be easy to solve (in fact the digit
dialer
field formats the number and it's not sanitized when the call is made).
It explains a lot of issues from user from other countries (with my locale, the
numbers are not formatted by the field).
So many thanks for the report. i'll correct this in the next release.
You can alternatively use the "text dialer" (use the button at the left of the
dial
button to switch to the text dialer). With this dialer you can choose the
domain (you
can left the default one) and the name is not formatted by android, so it
should work.

@mflorea
Sorry for messaging you through this method, but I don't know your email
address.
I also use freephoneline.ca as my VOIP provider and I purchased the SIP
configuration, but I cannot communicate when the software dials or recieves a
call.
Could you tell me some of the finer details of your settings (not the password
or anything, I already have my own) but specifically the codec you are using,
and any server or connection details.
You can reach me at benyjr@gmail.com
Thanks
