Can't choose CsipSimple or standard call

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start CSipSimple
2. Open contact list
3. make standard outgoing call
4. try to make another outgoing call from contact list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to choose again how to make a call, I can make only standard 
call from contact list

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.00-11 on HTC Legend Android 2.1

Have the same thing on spica 2.1

By trying again, I can make a outgoing call, but the csipsimple interface 
doesn't 
appear, or it's written "null", or i have the incomming interface!

Thanks for the report, you're right I reproduce too.

Now fixed in my development branch, will be pushed in the next release (unless 
you
want a intermediate build that fix this issue).

@esteban44000 : the null interface is another issue that I also reproduce in 
more
cases than outgoing calls, but I'm working on it (there is something I have to 
rework
on the application).

Should be ok in 0.00-12.

Dialer integration has to be improve but should be ok for this issue at least.
